The kitchen is complete and has several items such as crockery, cutlery, pans, several sets of bowls, refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, water/purifier bottle and other utensils. The flat has 1 complete bathroom.

- Living room: Double sofa bed, air conditioning and TV. (sleeps 02 people);

- The property also has a safety net, supports in the bathroom that promote accessibility and the possibility of closing the glass curtains for better insulation, if necessary.
