This beautiful home has great views of Daisy Mountain from the resort like back yard. The home is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities the area has to offer. Within walking distance to hiking and biking trails, the home is located in the Overlook subdivision of Anthem Arizona. With over 25 world class golf resorts nearby or just a short 20 minute drive from the home. This home is ideal for the golfing weekend get away with spouse and friends. This desert community is just 30 minutes north of Sky Harbour Airport on I 17. In addition to these activities, day trips to Grand Canyon National Park, Sedona, Cave Creek and Flagstff are easily accessible from the home.

There are four bedrooms, 2 king and 2 queen beds, 3 full bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen with all applainces, washer and dryer. In addition to the refigerator in the kitchen there is a Maytag side by side refrigerator/freezer in the garage for extra cold storage. The home is equipped with WIFI should you want to keep in touch via the internet. Private back yard and pool with water features that create a very relaxing atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy. All bedrooms, family room and covered patio are equipped with ceiling fans.

All linens and towels are ready for use. Bring your golf clubs and you are ready to go.

Great stay

We were in Phoenix for a race on the black canyon trail, and this location was PERFECT. Beds were comfortable, outdoor space was beautiful, would stay here again.

Wonderful!

We stayed 5 days. Right from the start, everything was fantastic. Getting in was a breeze. The house was super clean and we felt at home. The house had everything anyone would need. We were looking for a peaceful stay and it was exactly what we were looking for. The patio and pool were great. The location is fantastic with many stores and food nearby. Great home with lots of space!

We enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend this property. It’s location is great, just north of Phoenix. It has a lot of space for a large family. Wish it would have been warmer so we could have used the pool, but the weather didn’t cooperate this time. Perfect location for getting to many of the must see parks and attractions in the area.

Family Vacation

We came to AZ for a long weekend vacation and to celebrate my father-in-law's graduation from GCU. This was everything we were looking for and more. A beautiful, spacious place with a lovely pool and hiking trails. We had some wonderful sunrise walks! This place was clean and very comfortable.

Vacation at its best!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and clean home! The pool was a wonderful break from the heat and all of the homes amenities were clean and well stocked. It is close to the interstate, shopping, and other conveniences that you might need. We were able to do a day trip to the Grand Canyon, golf in the area, and utilize the hiking trail behind the home. Thank You for providing a beautiful vacation home for our family! We hope to be back someday!

We are Canadians and have purchased the home in Anthem to escape some of the colder months. We love the area and use the home mostly in the winter when it is perfect outside activity weather. Our three children each have a bedroom when visiting and the home fits our family lifestyle perfectly. We are a very active family with interests that include hiking, biking, golfing, rock climbing, mountain biking, swimming and jogging. The home and the setting are perfect for these types of activities.

Why they chose this property

The home had all the features we were looking for in a second home to fit our family in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the outdoor pool. We love coming to Anthem for Christmas and staying for the holidays through the new year. It breaks up the winter for us in Canada and helps us stay active during a time of year that we normally are developing cabin fever.
