The GOAT Guest House - Dripping Springs

The Goat House is brand new! Built on a private corner of our 3+ acre property. Take advantage of the hill country views from the large deck. Enjoy birdwatching, wildlife, stargaze from the swings and fire pit, play lawn games or just grab a local brew and relax. Pure Luck Goat & Dairy Farm is just across the street, <5 miles to Dreamland, top wedding venues, breweries, wineries, & distilleries, and downtown Dripping Springs. Perdernales falls state park and Johnson City are 25 minutes away.
The space
The GOAT is 1 of 2 airbnb's on our property, both are located on the opposite end of the property from our primary residence, and with plenty of privacy and space in between. We personally designed and built the GOAT to take advantage of our unique property and views, bring the outdoors in, and provide a simple, modern retreat in an old Texas hill country farm setting. The goat is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1000+SF house with 500+ SF of outdoor living space. It is A lot of house in a little footprint with plenty of amenities and luxury touches. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds, 1 up and 1 down. The other bedroom is a flex space with a daybed and trundle and access to the deck. The upstairs bath is a retreat in itself, with marble walls floor to ceiling and a large free standing tub and 2 large picture windows. The downstairs also has a full bath and washer in dryer. The kitchen has a large 8 foot stunning stone peninsula that can comfortably seat 5, and is open to the living space and patio to provide the perfect hang out spot. The patio has a dining table and a pass thru window to the kitchen. There is also a tether ball court, and a pergola with 6 swings and a firepit to enjoy the evenings. There is a walking path around the back part of the property for morning jogs or a romantic stroll .
Guest access
The Hive is our other airbnb and a true tiny house that sleeps 2-5 guests. Please respect the privacy of any other guests on the property. Our house is on the other side of the property, we tend to stay in that area but if you see us around feel free to ask any questions or recommendations and we are more than happy to help. Other than that, feel free to explore and enjoy the entirety of the property.
Other things to note
We designed and built this home on our own, we have great pride in it, and we hope to make continued improvements. We are sure there will be kinks we haven't yet discovered so if there are any issues just let us know and we will do our best to resolve them quickly.
