About this property

Completely remodeled beach house.
Everything is brand new for you, from bathrooms to beds.

The house has bedroom capacity for 15 people, 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, with air conditioning and wifi.

It’s area is about 40000 ft2 and it’s right in front of the beach @ Costa del Sol, one of the best beaches in our coast.

The house has caretakers which will help you get set up and take care of you while you stay with us, they will also help you with cleaning.

Cooking for you is not included.

Beautiful half acre beachfront property on Costa del Sol, one of our best beaches in El Salvador.

The property has two bungalows with a total of four bedrooms and a main house with a full kitchen, dining table and living room with a beautiful view of the ocean; it also has a pool with a full bathroom and an outside dining table with hamocks.

Garden areas are huge, it has a back yard and also a little playground for kids.

Lovely location and staff, but dated facilities

The location and on-site staff were lovely (as was the property manager, who we communicated with via WhatsApp), but the property was dated and needs to be refurbished. Tiles in the pool were missing (and the pool's table was out of the pool and propped against a fence) and the kitchen and laundry areas also just need to be updated. But for a few days on lovely grounds right on the beach it does the trick and we enjoyed our time there.

July 2023 Vacation to Costa Del Sol Beach

This was an awesome property and we really enjoyed our 4 nights here. The beach is amazing and we cooled off in the nice pool on the grounds. The housekeepers who are always available were excellent hosts. Highly recommend this property if you are going to Costa Del Sol

Nice property that can certainly be improved

As a family we decided to go to beach and we tried this property out. The check in process was smooth, finding the property took a little bit of work, as there several beach properties side by side. Communication (english and spanish) with the host was good, the communication with the personnel taking care of the property on site was good as well (spanish only), overall as a family we were treated great. The property itself was nice, it needs a lot of repairs, as it is expected in order to improve a property, revenue needs to be generated in order to enhance the amenities, and there several areas that need attention. The AC is available only in the rooms (AC units), the other areas do not have AC, there is a shower outside only, the property has three rooms, and three bathrooms as well. The parking area is suited for at least 10 vehicles and there is a pool on site. You can walk right into the beach from the property which made it excellent, to have the beach next to the property without having the cross the street, etc was exactly what we were looking for. Overall, it was a great time spent as a family. If you don’t mind dealing with a few items in the property that are not going to be at 100% functional, and it’s a quick trip, this property will do wonders for you.
