The grounds are well maintained and secure. Location is not too far from town and amenities are nice. Our excitement changed upon entering the unit. It was warm inside when we arrived. We powered on the air conditioner and walked to the main balcony to enjoy the view. We noticed the doors to the balcony were not locked when we got there and there were multiple portable fans. We came back in and felt warm air blowing and the doors would not latch or lock. I immediately reached out to Vacasa to let them know. I messaged with them for hours about the problem. Twenty hours later maintenance arrived. He worked on the a/c and told us not to turn it down past 23°. It was cooler outside than inside. He said he did not have the part to repair the lock on the slider. The master suit remained at 26° our entire stay. It never cooled off. On top of not being able to drop it to a comfortable temperature the bedding and furniture is synthetic polyester; not cool or breathable, and tacky. The towels and rugs are US $100 dollar bills. We were a bit embarrassed to carry these down to the pool and beach. I researched the property and it seems the air conditioner is an on going problem they are aware hence the multiple fans. There are complaints dating back over a year. We NEVER heard from the local property manager even after leaving multiple messages and no follow up from Vacasa after maintenance coming. This property was not comfortable the entire stay. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Un sueño

La propiedad es simplemente increíble. Está ubicada en un complejo tipo resort, con enormes albercas y salida directa a la playa de arenas blancas. Cuenta con reposeras y quitasoles gratuitos, muy cómodos. El complejo es muy seguro, con cerca de dos controles de guardias para acceder. Por dentro, la propiedad es espaciosa, muy cómoda y está elegantemente decorada. Requerí la asistencia del equipo de Vacasa por desperfectos menores, y en menos de una hora el equipo se presentó y rápidamente lo solucionó. Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa. Volveremos sin duda alguna.
