- Pets (up to 25 lbs) are allowed for an additional $250 deposit at check-in which will be refunded at check-out time as long as no damage is incurred. Pet must be accompanied and leashed at all times;
- Daily housekeeping is not provided, but full-room service is offered every third day only. Towel replenishment is provided daily
- Complimentary coffee in the lobby is served 8-10 AM.
- Free Happy Hour 5-6 PM (daily signature cocktail only) at Maxine's Bistro & Bar at our sister Catalina Hotel.

Friendsmas

We had booked two rooms through VRBO under this reservation and when we got to the hotel, they only had one room so we had people sleeping on the floor the entire time. Plus, we only got refunded 805 21, which is not half of the booking so checking to see how we can get the rest of our refund?
