Welcome to your perfect SD getaway!Recently remodeled and decorated, this stylish home has everything you need for a long weekend with your family and friends. Centrally located, it's about 8 minutes from Downtown Gaslamp, 12 minutes from Coronado Beach, 15 minutes to Pacific Beach and many of San Diego's most popular neighborhoods. The back yard is designed specifically for entertainment purposes so you and your special guests can enjoy a luxurious weekend.

The Space:
This is a brand new home and remodeled ADU with thoughtful finishes and modern decor. The house has an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, professional gas stove, outdoor dining table, fire pit, hot tub and space for playing games with many places to sit and enjoy the San Diego weather.

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to grocery and liquor stores, conveniently located to several freeways.

Getting Around:
Very central to the most desired spots in San Diego - neighborhoods like Gaslamp, Coronado Beach, Pacific Beach, North Park, South Park and attractions such as Sea World, San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, Balboa Park and many more.

We have a driveway that fits 2-3 vehicles and parking on the street.

Relaxing With Family Time

We had a great relaxing time with family. Everyone had their space. We had a place to pick up food and sit around and eat there comfortably. We were able to play games and just relax after a long day of visiting San Diego. Everything was clean and very quiet and relaxing.
