This fully furnished studio apartment has everything you'll need for a quiet stay in Annapolis, located next to Quiet Waters Park, in a waterfront community. Bed is full size (54" x 75"), six inches less wide than a queen. Kitchen equipped with the basics, including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster. A beautiful brick patio with table and chairs for relaxing in the sun is adjacent to your entrance.

Quiet, clean and convenient

Had a great stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and a great place to go for a walk. Loved that we had no stairs to navigate. Parked our car on the driveway. Ruth was always quick to respond when we had any questions. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water for a shower. Her suggestions for nearby restaurants were spot on. Would have liked a TV but not a deal breaker. We were busy seeing our son’s family and sightseeing in Annapolis. Would stay again.

Cozy home away

This was a perfect fit! The location ( near family) the apartment had everything we needed and more. Ruth has taken the time to make sure all the lil details have been met, from soaps, towels, great shower pressure w/ conditioned water, kitchen utensils & appliances! I even baked a cake! One negative ( for some) no T.V. But that wasn’t an issue for us. We really were comfortable there. Cute patio set outside, we had our morning coffee, watching nature. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. We would gladly stay again!
