A Gorgeous completely renovated and fully furnished duplex unit nestled in the tranquility and comfort of beautiful La Habra Heights. wind down in the large yard surrounded by fruit trees and open spaces or take a dip in the swim spa jacuzzi. the quiet wooded hills of this amazing agricultural community have no side walks and no street lights. and still just 5 minutes from town with great selection of shopping and restaurants. only 25 minutes from the beach.
Property is surrounded with outdoor cameras. one parking spot, remote to gate is provided and if lost a $75.00 fee is required. daytime parking is permitted on our street but no overnight parking,
