The living room of this luxurious vacation rental is designed for comfort and entertainment. It features a large leather couch that can seat up to 4 people, along with 2 lounge chairs for additional seating. Guests can cozy up with the throw blankets while enjoying the games provided or watching their favorite shows on the big screen HDTV. The room is also equipped with a gas fireplace to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. For music lovers, there is a Bose sound system to enhance the audio experience. Additionally, hot tub towels are provided for guests to use when enjoying the outdoor hot tub.

The kitchen and dining area of this vacation rental are fully equipped to meet all culinary needs. The kitchen boasts full-size appliances and is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils and cookware. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee with the Keurig coffee maker or store their favorite wines in the built-in wine rack. The island bar with 4 bar stools provides a casual dining option, while the dining table with 4 chairs and a bench offers ample seating for a more formal meal.

The downstairs master bedroom and bathroom offer a luxurious retreat for guests. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, side tables with extra storage, and a bench for added convenience. A 2-drawer desk and full-size mirror are also provided. Guests can relax and unwind while watching their favorite shows on the big screen HDTV. The bedroom has direct access to the patio, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoor space. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and features double vanity sinks with a large counter space, a private toilet, and a large walk-in shower.

The second downstairs master bedroom and bathroom offer another comfortable and well-appointed space. It includes a queen-size bed, side tables with extra storage, and a 6-drawer dresser for ample storage space. Guests can enjoy their favorite shows on the big screen HDTV. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink, a private toilet, and a large walk-in shower.

The upstairs master bedroom and bathroom offer a luxurious and spacious retreat for guests. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, accompanied by side tables and a bench for added convenience. A 7-drawer dresser provides ample storage space for personal belongings. Guests can enjoy their favorite shows on the big screen HDTV, and the room also offers direct access to a private balcony, allowing for breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The ensuite bathroom boasts a double vanity sink with a generous counter space, providing plenty of room for toiletries. Additionally, guests can enjoy the privacy of a separate toilet and indulge in the large walk-in shower featuring double shower heads.

The Outdoor Living area on the ground floor is designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment. Guests can unwind in the private hot tub, perfect for soothing tired muscles after a long day of activities. A gas grill is available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking, and the seating around the fireplace comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, creating a cozy ambiance for gatherings. The big-screen HDTV allows guests to catch up on their favorite shows or watch sports events while enjoying the outdoors. For some friendly competition, a cornhole game is provided. Additionally, a fire pit with seating for 5 offers a cozy spot to gather around and enjoy the warmth of the fire.

The Outdoor Living area on the upper floor provides a serene and sun-soaked space for relaxation. Two sun loungers are available for guests to bask in the sun and soak up the beautiful surroundings. Whether guests prefer to read a book, take a nap, or simply enjoy the fresh air, these sun loungers offer the perfect spot to unwind and recharge.

General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 6, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
