If you want a more quiet location on Tybee Island, this condo is just what you are looking for. This top-floor, corner unit offers all you will need to have a great beach vacation. The condo is light and bright and you will immediately feel like your beach vacation has started when you walk in the door. The owners have furnished 301B to the Sea with your vacation in mind. We recommend disconnecting and enjoying the island while you are here, but the owners have provided wifi if you have to check in on work. You will find a comfy, king-size bed in the bedroom and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room if you need it.

Although we don't recommend cooking on vacation, this kitchen is equipped with a full-size stove and has adequate counter space to prepare a quick breakfast before starting your day. Basic cookware, silverware, dishes, and glassware are provided. There is a dual-purpose Keurig coffee machine for full-pot brewing or single-cup brewing. The restaurants on Tybee are locally owned and offer a wide variety of delicious menu choices. We highly recommend trying them all... let someone else cook and clean the kitchen... you are on vacation!

Relax on your private balcony and enjoy the fabulous views of the bay and the pool. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while you take a little time to relax and plan out your day. If you are not down on the beach in the evening, you will want to enjoy the gorgeous colors of the sunset sky from here... maybe with your favorite cocktail.

The north side of the beach doesn't have the large waves that you might find on the front of the island so it is a great place to play in the surf with your little ones. However, this end of the beach does not have lifeguards so be extra watchful if you have little ones. Large container ships can cause unexpected, large wakes. Enjoy a calm walk on the beach, enjoy the shore birds, watch the dolphins play, and pick up some shark teeth along the way.

Calm and Quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good met our expectations. The bed was nice. The water pressure in our unit was really good. The only thing I would wish for was a dishwasher, or more tools to wash dishes other than the wash rag & dish detergent that was provided and a garbage disposal or better sink strainer. But that's so minimal to our satisfaction overall. It was very relaxing.

Savannah weekend

Overall the unit was fine. Exhaust fan and top of refrigerator requires cleaning, otherwise unit was very clean. King bed was not very comfortable and was rather squeaky when you sat on or made any slight movements. Replacement should be considered. Easy beach access- on river not ocean. Pool area was great.

LOVED low tides at our beach!

We had an amazing stay here - one of our most relaxing vacations and we certainly enjoyed converting to island-time! We all enjoyed walks on the beach and our 5y/o was especially excited to find sea treasures - including saving sea stars outside of tide pools! The location was perfect, bed was comfy, kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and there’s a couple cute restaurants within a 5-block walk :)

Last summer beach getaway

Melba was great and responsive. Great location and very clean inside. Could use an extra towel bar/rack in the bathroom a well as kleenex or paper towels. My mom and I did get stuck on the elevator and the fire department had to literally rescue us. My mom had to climb up on a ladder to the second floor through the elevator ceiling. Luckily the fire department was finally able to pry the door open and I didnt need to go up the ladder too. The elevator seems faulty as there are signs posted inside and outside of each door on each floor with numbers to call for elevator issues. But this is no fault of the condo owner. They supplied everything we needed (beach towels, kitchen utensils, etc). It was great being right next to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.
