Welcome to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! Our neighborhood is known for it's nightlife, coffee shops, galleries, and shopping.

Other Things to Note:
While we are located in a quiet complex, we are only a stone's throw from Scottsdale's nightclubs and during the busy season and on weekends, you can hear music from the nearby bars and clubs. Our condo also shares a wall with the tenants next door. Our neighbors are kind and respectful and it normally isn't an issue, especially during quiet hours (10pm-6am).
