Lovely, comfortable Townhouse

This townhouse is well-decorated and maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. Charlotte is easy to get around and a fun city.

I enjoyed my stay. It was lovely the host put so much work into the details The location to Bank of America stadium was perfect since it was a packed house for the Cowboy’s & Panther game.

AMAZING

My friend and I stayed here for a girls’ weekend and loved every second! The pictures don’t do this townhome justice, and the host has poured a million little touches into it. The beds were so comfortable, the neighborhood was adorable (and quiet!), and we both said we would totally come back and stay here for another girls’ trip OR with our kids. (There is a cute little playground in eyesight from the front porch!) I can’t even begin to mention all of the great things - like the gym in the basement, the Old Fashioned drink bar, the quiet front porch to sip coffee in the morning… it was all amazing! Plus, we walked to breakfast & lunch a couple of times, and it was a short Uber ride to everywhere else we went. Thank you for making this stay so great. Look forward to coming back!!

Monday Night Football Fun

Four of us (two couples) stayed at this lovely townhome to enjoy a Monday Night Football game and had a blast. The property is in a secluded enclave that is within easy walking distance of Bank of America Stadium and lots of restaurant options while still filling like you're in a smaller community apart from the negative aspects of the downtown scene. The home itself is top notch with lots of nice touches, including a cocktail cart with essentials like quality bitters and simple syrup, modern bathrooms, flat screens that serve dual purposes as art and tvs, and even a workout room in the garage that can help you relieve stress if the Panthers fail to win. Add to that a very responsive host in Camille. I definitely would stay here the next time I'm in Charlotte.

After purchasing this property, I spent 3 months putting a lot of love and care into it so that you can have the best experience. I personally lived there for 2 months while renovating it so I could perfectly tailor the experience to meet your needs.

This is my first property and first time hosting. I was born and raised in Jamaica and wanted to create a space that will make people feel as if they are close to the ocean. It was a joy to personally bring my vision to life for you all to experience and hopefully enjoy.

I am happy to share my process of creating this space and where I got any of items you see while on your stay. I hope you enjoy this space as much I enjoyed creating it.

Be on the lookout for future enhancements (like an EV charger) as I plan to continue to make this place an exciting experience. I welcome any and all suggestions.
