Quiet neighborhood, everything is new in the house. Easy access to I 4 highway, 2 exit away from Disney World. Food and restaurant and entertainment very close by. Access to other theme parks not far.

We live in a quiet residential neighborhood, noise is monitored by a Noise aware system which alerts us via text if noise exceeds respectable levels.

Addition we have installed a video camera outside to ensure that guest are respecting our home and noise policies. Our neighbors are important to us.

Why they chose this property

Relax with the family at our vacation house. Our Community is two exits down from Disney World in the Champions Gate area. This area is growing exit 58, various of restaurants in the area. Shopping area as well.
