Beautiful artist home, lots of space and big backyard for dogs (with doggie door). Centrally located and a 5 minute Uber/Lyft to downtown or the Domain. 1 min walk to bus pickup and close to crest view train station, and easy to Austin FC stadium for soccer. Also, lots of bars/restaurants within super close walking distance and grocery store HEB/Walgreens. Just down the block is TOYJOY- fun shop for kids with Vegan treats and toys. Internet/streaming available. Washer/Dryer included - 2 restrooms 1 full bathroom. Plenty of space. All nice comfy new beds and pillows. Towels in bathroom pantry, fully stocked kitchen - air fryer, new gas range/oven with air fry, farmhouse kitchen sink, dishwasher, plates, utensils cooking utensils. Grill outside in back.

Been in for close to 30 years, great place to raise a kid! We have had so many good times in this house. Now my little one is in college so I have more freedom. I love to ravel and explore new places. Renting my home out allows me to do that and cater to my wanderlust.

Why they chose this property

Central to everything. great schools, I love that my place is totally walkable! Great neighborhood with wonderful neighbors, you see everyone walking their pups in the morning.

What makes this property unique

My house was built in 1952! I still have updated some things, but really like the older home vibe. Hardwood floors throughout, nice flow through the home. Great yard! walking distance to just about every and anything. Nice cozy vibe.
