Not satisfied due to accidentally picked the wrong dates to stay and called customer service to see if they were able to change the dates and advised no they couldn’t i will never use a 3rd party ever again

This “hotel”. Is nothing like it is presented to be on this website . The name of the hotel is simply suites . It is a run down facility in a high crime area. We had zero amenities, window unit didn’t function properly , and criminals got caught by my husband in the parking lot sawing off our catalic converter from under our vehicle . We were told it happened often in the area by police

Mediocre stay

The property needs several minor repairs (plumbing, cleanliness, leaves and garbage outside, and seems to be in a slightly sketchy neighborhood with signs not to prop doors open so people can get in, and to not leave anything in your car. Kitchen supplies are very limited and fridge is noisy throughout the night. Staff are very friendly and helpful, however. Lots of dogs seem to stay there.
