Welcome to our newly renovated home located in a convenient location right by Lakewood, edge water park and Downtown Cleveland. This home has 2 bedrooms with a king and queen size bed, 1 bath, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and much more! Truly a perfect home for any type of trip. Perfect for long term stays as well.

2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, full bath, kitchen and dining room, smart TVs, washer and dryer free of use in basement, shared parking in driveway (you can also park in lot next door or street parking)

1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3. Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only. 5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
