BEWARE

The description of this home is not accurate! It says there is parking in the garage plus 1 other parking spot. The garage is tiny, we rented a tahoe and it did not fit and when I messaged owner about the other spot we were told to drive around and find one. Everything was taken, it is a full townhome complex. The bed description is not accurate. It says there is a queen, full and twin in a bedroom. That is not correct, it is only a queen and a twin. The home smelled VERY strongly of bleach. We could not stay there. The pictures make it look much nicer than the actual condition of the home.

Great location, nice property, spotty communication from host

The location is great and within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment, etc. There was a bag of trash in the garage, food crumbs in the refrigerator and a few minor maintenance issues that could easily elevate the feel of this property - pencil marks on walls where shelves or art might have been hung at one point, bathroom hook that had been pulled out of the drywall at some point and not patched or replaced, etc. The listing specifically states that guests are not to send or receive packages from the property, which I found to be odd, but wasn't planning to send/receive packages, so booked anyway. A package arrived for "Maria" and I put the package inside, messaged the host and left. The host initially acted concerned, said they would reach out to their team, but I had to request follow up and communication was slow and lacked urgency. At some point "Maria" showed up to the unit and collected the package from my teens who were downstairs in the game room, which made me extremely uncomfortable. The host brushed my concerns off and stated that he permits housekeepers to have things mailed there. The next day another package arrived, which I left outside and was gone a couple hours later. It might be innocent and just extremely inconsiderate, but felt that it could be dodgy/dangerous and that the host brushed off our safety concerns.
