Mixed Experience

Old Victorian with rooms in out buildings. When we checked in we were disappointed that the advertized free parking was not available. The dining room was very attractive and the breakfast food was tasty, but a small portion, compared to other B&B's. The bathroom and one of the bedroom windows were missing curtains. Two of the windows were not attached to their frames, so they were threatening to fall into the room. The bed was comfortable. The decor was nice, but sparse. No chair, no bedside table or lamps. No closet or wardrobe. Pleased that it was quiet at night. Very close to the Boardwalk.

The Boardwalk Beach House is a 9 Bedroom 9 Bathroom Bed and Breakfast in a classic Victorian style home built in 1910. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. The property offers views of the Santa Cruz Beach & Boardwalk, the Ocean and the Santa Cruz Pier. Farm to Table breakfast and wine tastings are offered on the weekends. There is a large common area and two brick patios with plenty of room for relaxing! Come spend the weekend with us or take some time off during the week to visit the beach :)
