Although all FIN units are uniquely designed with sophisticated, luxurious décor, the care for design in this home is unmatched. Elegant, rich, art-deco inspired décor with stunning, wallpaper features are offset by sleek, modern elements and breathtaking ocean views.

The cupola on the rooftop level is the real jewel of this home with stunning design, natural light bursting from the skylights, and a delightful open style master bedroom featuring a very spacious, modern European-style closet that blends seamlessly into the wall. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors next to the comfortable, low platform king-sized bed leads to the private balcony, plunge pool and outdoor lounge. From here guests can sip champagne as they take in the breathtaking ocean views all the way to the horizon.

A large refreshments bar and mini fridge are conveniently placed in the middle of the cupola to ensure guests are fully stocked for rooftop entertaining, and to the opposite side, is a private outdoor deck with BBQ area and shower. This deck also has equally stunning views across South Church Street and South Sound.

Another distinctive feature in this unit is the grand, white stairway flanked by an ultra-modern, glass railing leading from the first to the second floor. At the top of the stairs, guests will encounter the breathtaking, expansive ocean views framed by the floor-to-ceiling sliding, glass doors to the private balcony. The adjacent, open concept living room/kitchen area is bathed in lots of natural light and features a rich, elegant design. The very large, blue sectional sofa in the living room is perfectly placed to take in the impressive views.

The gourmet kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining, with plenty of seating at the large dining table and at the breakfast bar. There are white marble floors throughout and full-sized appliances, including a wine fridge. The white countertops with waterfall edge and sleek, white acrylic cabinets create a very sophisticated setting for gatherings.

The 1st bedroom, right off the living room, can be considered a second master bedroom, and features more views of the crystal blue waters and sky. It has a very clean, simple, and casual feeling, with a king-sized bed on a unique wooden slat design facing the ocean, so waking up to a beautiful view is inevitable! There is a very spacious ensuite bathroom with double sinks and mirrors, roomy, glass-enclosed shower, and large, freestanding soaker tub.

The elegantly styled décor in the 2nd bedroom creates an impressive wow factor with a rich, dark wood, modern, king-sized canopy bed set against a stunning wall accent with a gorgeous, dark blue, and gold wallpaper design.

The spacious 3rd bedroom features a set of cute, convenient twin beds. Both bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms featuring modern, glass tile showers, wonderful views of the property and South Church Street, and privacy blinds.

Additional amenities enhance guests’ comfort and convenience, such as a full-sized laundry room, twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, TVs in all the bedrooms, ample closet and space, and extra bathroom and shower amenities in the cupola to support outdoor living.
