We'd like to welcome you to our first and fresh home.

We have three queen bedrooms available in addition to a floor mattress. The master room has its own bathroom. You'll enjoy a full kitchen and living room with dining area attached. There's a laundry room so no need to go away to wash. Our house is within walking distance to University Lakes. You are minutes close to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations.

Mom and Dad's 60th Anniversary Party plus LSU game

Our "Laid Back and Cozy" stay was perfect for 4 of us. We were 5 minutes from our party destination near the LSU Ag Center and 7 minutes from my brother's house on the LSU campus. This clean, spacious, well-appointed home is the perfect location for an LSU game. We were minutes away from food, groceries, liquor stores, pharmacies, etc. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. We would definitely stay there again for our family visits and LSU games. I'd like to throw out a few suggestions..... each room needs two luggage holders. It is safer for people who have knee and back issues. The toilets need new seats. Multiple times the seat unexpectedly shifted and jarred our back. Other than those two suggestions, our stay was perfect! We recommend y'all stay at this cozy location!

LSU move-in weekend

This 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house is perfect for a family or traveling with friends. Our stay coincided with our son's move in to LSU dorms. The location is convenient to campus, close to the walking trail along the lake, and an easy drive to shops and restaurants. The house is clean and quiet and comfortable in a good neighborhood. The only slight issue was the backyard games room has no AC - so on the weekend we were there it was over 100F outside and very humid, so we weren't able to utilize it (not that we had much time for 'games' anyway). Evan the property manager was very communicative and very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay there again . . . and probably next August when the craziness of Tigerland back to college move-in happens again!

Fantastic location!

Charming 3 bedroom very close to LSU campus. Large living space and covered outdoor space. Comfortably fit 6 of us. Would definitely stay again.

Simply Awesome

Booking and check in were flawless. The owner mentioned rain in the area before we arrived and he left an umbrella for us. Upon entering, we were stunned at awesome the house was. The beds and pillows were the best we've slept on in ANY VRBO. Roku set up in the living room and all of the bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. High speed internet did not buffer one time for the whole week. Do yourself a favor if staying in Baton Rouge and stay here. You won't be disappointed. The whole house and neighborhood was SIMPLY AWESOME!!!
