This gorgeous one bedroom aparbatment is the perfect place to make your se for your upcoming trip to Dubai. Furnished in earthy tones and grey tones with colourful accents brought through with greenery, you will love calling this apartment home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make your daily meals at home which you can then enjoy at your dining table seating six. The living area has a plush sofa perfectly positioned in front of the big screen TV where you can unwind after a busy day exploring Dubai. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may struggle getting up in the morning. There is ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom where you will find Key Views signature fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities.
The building is features a swimming pool, gymnasium. Please note, there is no parking available on site but parking around the building at a fee.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

The Dubai Marina runs along 3km of the most picturesque and pristine sands that face the Arabian Gulf. As you walk or cycle down the Dubai Marina, the evening lights will mesmerize you, as you settle down at one of the many amazing restaurants or a drink at a cosmopolitan canal side coffee bar.

The Dubai Marina Walk has plenty to do with a beautiful beachfront paved walkway with over 300 outlets and more than 70 restaurants to keep you entertained and active.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
