About this property

My husband & I love to rent houses. We found it hard to always check the house rules and see our dogs would be able to come due to weight restrictions, only allowing one, can’t go on the furniture, you name it. We wanted to provide a fun and safe space for dogs and owners to rent!

Some things to note about the rental:
For the creative bunch we can welcome 6! -- 2 in bedroom one, 2 in bedroom two, 2 on an air mattress in the living room. *Air mattresses are not provided*
Our driveway has the capacity for 4 cars comfortably.
No garage access.
Home has a sunny one acre plot. The backyard is 3/4 of the acre and is fully fenced in.
The backyard is considered "private" in the sense that no one other than you can be in it. The backyard does abut a public soccer field. Only the front of the house has white vinyl fencing. The sides and back fencing are made up of wood and chain link.
All animals are welcome to the home. There is a $30 per pet fee. 2 pets = $60
The pool is closed from mid September to early May.
The pool is an above ground 12 foot round pool.
Outdoor furniture is put away from mid October to early May.
No animals are allowed in the pool. There is a $500 fee for disrespecting this rule.
*All persons using the swimming pool swim at their own risk.*
Outdoor perimeters do have security cameras. Locations are doorbell, front porch, front yard, back deck/backyard.
While enjoying time on the back deck, be sure to listen for the rushing stream! To hear the water and the birds over coffee or dinner is simply...magick.

*CHECK IN TIME IS 2pm
*CHECK OUT IS 10am there will be at $50 late fee should guests not meet our requirement.

Traveling with dogs

Ditch the crowded hotel. This is an excellent property to stay with pets. Huge fenced yard in quiet neighborhood. Lots of places to take walks. Modern appliances with plenty of dishes and cookware. Comfy furniture.

Month Long Stay

We recently stayed for a month while waiting for construction on our house to be completed. The hosts are incredibly gracious and very responsive to all communication. We found the setting to be very peaceful but convenient to whatever we wanted to do. The yard is huge and the swimming pool and fire pit were a big bonus! Being able to have our pets with us during this time was a must and that made this the perfect place for us.

Spontaneous getaway!

Property is great! Remote! Our dogs had time of their lives and we relaxed for 1st time ever on vacation! Wish we had better weather to enjoy the pool more! Michelle easy to deal with! Hope to get back!
