About this property
Waterfront art-focused seasonal condo <1.5mi from Atlantic Ocean (~5 min drive)
Leave the outside world, influences and your concerns behind and enter into a world of literature, local South Florida art and some of the best beaches, watersports and dining in Florida.
Perfect waterfront location in what is shaping up to be one of the hottest neighborhoods in the city.
This unit and the building within which it is contained is best geared as a 2-6 month seasonal stay.
Seasonal rental: 1 bed, 1 bath, full kitchen and a quiet balcony with sunset views.
Current featured artist in the bed room is long time Palm Beach resident Nancy Paul who is still found painting at her on-island studio. Bedroom features a queen bed, French renaissance style bed stands, ceiling fan and a mirrored dresser. There is a large sliding door to the terrace.
One of South Florida's most prominent local artists, Maximo Caminero, displays "Dreamy Night" in the living room of your apartment.
Maximo's art and work for the art community is showcased in the first chapter of Alfredo Triff's book "Miami Piccadillo". Alfredo Triff is a cuban-born pilar of the South Florida contemporary art and classical scene. He has served as an art critic for Miami publications, such as The Miami New Times, The Miami Sun Post, The Miami Herald, and El Nuevo Herald. Triff holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from and is a lecturer on the History of Design at the University of Miami.
The living room includes a leather couch with dual recliners, a desk and a robust private library that reflects Florida's percolating and nascent culture of civil rights, liberty and personal freedom. The books, art and outdoor activities will keep you busy for weeks. There is consistent and reliable wifi, so feel free to bring your personal streaming devices or enjoy optional Roku streaming service on the TV in the living room.
Kitchen art provides replica street art that appeared around Washington DC during 2021's peaceful End the Mandates rally. The Badiucao-like poster shines a spot light on potential Constitutional Rights violations perpetrated on citizens of the world before, during and after the events of 2020-2022. Full kitchen with Viking microwave and dishwasher, electric range, fridge and disposal. Four full dish sets, regular, wine, tea stemwear and prep utensils are provided.
Bath includes a double-headed shower/tub, single sink, personal item stand and small closet. Combo ceiling fan/light includes Bluetooth bath speaker.
Guest access
Entire place. Condo building amenities: resort style pool, hot tub, gym, billiards room, party room, BBQ grills, piano, library, business center, parking garage with a single parking spot, bike cage. In-unit TV is discouraged (it's beautiful outside and many activities), but provided upon at least 2-days' request and before your stay.
Other things to note
You will be staying in a fully staffed luxury condo and will need to adhere to the same condo guidelines and requirements as a condo owner:
Each guest must pass condo credit check ($100 application fee) and management-sponsored orientation before being provided access.
Each guest must schedule and participate in a condo management orientation session before being permitted into the building. Please plan your arrival accordingly. This requirement does tend to push guests toward a slightly longer stay.
