Why they chose this property
I fell in love with the quiet sleepy town of Rosendale. There's so much sightseeing, hiking and antiquing in the area. It was a welcomed retreat from NYC. I found this old horse farm by chance on my travels and fell in love. Right now one of the cottages is for rent but over the next several years I plan to open the doors of the other cottages and host some fun events.
What makes this property unique
1.5 miles away from the Trailways bus stop in TIllson this is a perfect getaway from the bustle of Manhattan.
The skies are so open and beautiful at night. There's virtually no light pollution. A sea of stars above your head to enjoy while lighting a cozy fire in the custom made firepit.
Many mornings I've seen deer walking past the firepit as it lies on a deer path.
