Located in a corner of paradise in the small village of Villepinte, in the heart of Cathar country with its castles, abbeys, medieval cities, the Canal du Midi (900 meters from the Mill) and 35 minutes from the City of Carcassonne, 10 minutes from Bram or Castelnaudary motorway exits.
The former old watermill sits in a romantic 8000m2 park where you find the beach on the river Fresquel (ideal for fishing) , private pool, masionette, boulodrom etc.
