Lakefront home on Boone Lake in a peaceful wooded setting with incredible lake views and large decks. A floating dock for swimming or fishing available late April - late September. Local marinas offer boat rentals, restaurants and live music (seasonal). The interior features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 queen sized beds, a full bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Excellent location in the middle of Tri Cities close to everything. Fully equipped. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in Tennessee on Boone Lake!

Beautiful Lake Front Vacation House

The house was very clean and we found every kitchen items we needed including 2 coffee machines with supplemental K-Cups and ground coffee. The house has multiple decks with chairs and tables, so we could enjoy nice lake view. The house has a private driveway. The neighbors are very quiet and friendly. This became one of my favorites. many thanks to the owners.

Great Lakefront house

Homestay to attend the four day International Storytelling Festival in nearby Jonesborough. Nice to unwind on the big deck.

Girls Get Away Weekend

This was a great place for a get away stay. Great views and just right for 3 people to hang out for a long weekend. The decks were an amazing place to sit, relax, and drink coffee watching the sun rise and the boats go by. This location is like a 20 minute + drive to Bristol, Kingsport, and Johnson City for shopping and adventuring. We are already talking about staying here for next years trip!!
