About the place:
Located in a typical San Francisco (Marina style architecture) single family home, this guest suite is made of a kitchenette open on the living room, a bedroom, a full bath, with its private entrance from the street and a small terrace that leads to the shared (with us) patio.
The backyard features well-tended landscaping, courtyard-style patio and BBQ area.
There is easy free street parking.
The kitchenette includes a top mount fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, an instant pot, and a bread toaster.
I live upstairs with my family (my partner and my baby).
About the neighborhood:
Our house is located in Bernal Heights (in between Mission and Noe Valley aka the sunniest neighborhoods of San Francisco), two blocks away from quaint Cortland Avenue.
Transportation: 15 min drive from San Francisco International airport. Buses available, muni (tramway) walking distance, walk to shops + parks (we live a 5 min walk from Holly Park and 4 min walk from the Library playground).
Shops around: walking distance from many restaurants, cafe & bar options, organic independently owned grocery store.
