Great location and nice place.

We booked for a friends trip to DC. Property was on a great location. Easy and fast Uber rides into the city. Lots of restaurants fairly close. The apartment was just enough space for 6 adults. Beds are comfortable and new. I highly recommend this for your visit to DC area

Nice property for visiting Downtown DC

Close to Virginia Square Metro and a Giant grocery nearby. 3 good beds, clean, kitchen extremely well provisioned.

Modern Unit in a Convenient Location

The unit was modern and spacious. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is in walking distance to the stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive and check-in/out was easy.

Excellent location

The location of this property is perfect; minutes to tons of highly-rated restaurants, parks, activities, and a 15-minute drive to many DC attractions (traffic isn’t bad between the two). The unit is as pictured with a well-stocked kitchen and sufficient linens. However, it sleeps 6 people, not 7, as the futon is hard, bumpy, and tilts over when opened and there isn’t a blanket for it. A few purchases for this unit, such as a pullout couch, bigger table and chairs, and shelves or drawers in the bedrooms, are needed. There isn’t anywhere to put your clothes and there is dust and hair on the closet floor and under the beds so those are no-gos. We had a few other hiccups such as a broken front door lock, full exterior garbage cans (nowhere to empty our garbage), and mold on the walls from a leak in the walls that had been painted over. These are all easy fixes that hopefully the owners will take care of prior to future stays. Overall a comfortable, quiet space in a great location.
