This stand alone home is perfectly suited for your family and friends. Centrally located, just ~15 minutes to Downtown Savannah or Tybee Island and its sunny beaches.

4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sectional couch living room, dining room, eat in kitchen - this home entertains up to 9 people comfortably.

Relax in the large back yard, complete with huge deck, patio furniture, BBQ grill, fire pit. And eat fresh from the 🍊 kumquat trees!

This ~1500sf home can sleep up to 9 (with 1 sleeping on the couch). There are plenty of spaces for guests to spread out between the living room, dining room, kitchen table, backyard deck & fire pit. Not to mention guest can easily retreat back the bedrooms for rest and relaxation, all but 1 with a smart TV to watch cable or all your streaming apps. The entire house has high speed WIFI included. Plenty of parking too!

You'll have access to the entire home! The garage is often stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach gear, depending on what other guests may have used. The backyard backs up to the Island Expressway - your route out to the beaches! There is some noise from the road, but the fence and trees do block much out it out. This doesn't take away from all the fun of our back yard, though! And you can't hear the traffic from inside the house at all.

The private home is nestled at a dead end cul-de-sac in a quiet, residential neighborhood on Whitemarsh Island. No through traffic. Being located just off of the Island Expressway allows us to be smack dab in the middle between Downtown Savannah & Tybee Beach, have the convenience of Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants right around the corner, all while still having a nice quiet place to retreat at the end of the day when your adventures are done. There are neighbors here! Respecting quiet hours and the neighbors is extremely important. We are only able to provide this lovely home by working together with our wonderful community.

This is the South! Enjoy classic Southern charm & hospitality, the Spanish Moss hanging in the backyard, and if you're lucky, even spot an alligator in the many channels and culverts.

In the unlikely event you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, upon addressing this complaint to us or the channel platform, you are authorizing us to come into the property and to solve the problem, fix anything, repair the home, or ensure the home is clean up to the standards that you require. If we are not made aware of the complaint in a timely manner during your stay, we cannot be help responsible for the issue, as we had no opportunity to remedy it.
