A great 'home base' to explore the Lake Michigan beach communities of South haven, Saugatuck, Holland, and the town of Fennville; home to wineries, farmers markets, beautiful sandy beaches in the summer and the ultimate fall colors on display in the fall. Enjoy a bonfire in the Monster fire pit, step outside to relax in the hot tub, or watch the sun set while enjoying a bottle of wine on the 32 ft screened deck. Bittersweet and Timber Ridge ski resorts offering skiing and snowboarding about 1/2 hour drive and year round horseback riding is 10 minutes away

A Slice of Perfect
House was lovely, and the grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed feeding the fish and small turtle in the backyard pond. The only issue we had was that we found the surrounding area confusing to navigate but we had a wonderful week and visited several lake towns. We would definitely recommend staying here! Jeff was very responsive and a great host.

We had a great time!
My family of 10 had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and quiet. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. It was a great house to gather for meals and the kids had so much fun being together. We got to visit South Haven and Saugatuck, so the location was perfect!

Amazing location/Home
We celebrated my dad's 80th birthday. He's from the area...this location gave us the chance to visit family, relax, cook-out, hot tub, watch movies, play w our dog...and enjoy a beautiful setting. Private location in 10 acres. Close to everything but out enough to give you complete peace & quiet. My parents commented several times how quiet it was in the property. We enjoyed the air hockey table on the lower level. The house is big enough to give each guest their own space. Three full bathrooms, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the fenced in area to let the dog out in. We are bird people so it was so nice to watch birds enjoying the feeders. We even made a batch of sugar that the homeowner leaves for guest. The hummingbirds put on a great show. The pond is a nice feature too. We absolutely loved everything about the property & I highly recommend. I already have friends & family asking just from a few pics posted/shared.

Immaculate home like an oasis in the forest
Very nice and well appointed home. A huge fire pit with benches, beautiful screened deck, lots of space to stretch out. Jeff does a great job communicating. We had a fun 4 day family vacation in Jeff's home. Would definitely come back again.
