Easy access for stay with an aging parent

We were in town for my 80+ yr old mom to have dental surgery. This worked out perfectly. Central Market is pretty close and we were set. The master bedroom had a desk that made work easy. The TV in the master bedroom was off the wall and in the garage (?broken?) but we made do. I enjoyed our retreat
