Deceiving photos/unkept unit - Do not recommend

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The only nice thing I have to say is the view on the balcony is gorgeous.The Unit was dirty upon our arrival. Filthy floors, floorboards, exterior of fridge and other kitchen surfaces, leftover food in disposal that smelled of fish, one bedroom smelled musty and moldy, yellow stained pillows and bedding covers, towels had stains, the master bedroom tv was very complicated (and we are tech savvy people) - it would constantly switch from tv on/off to satellite, and it took at least 10 mins to get it to work correctly - EACH TIME!, noisy neighbors stomping and dragging chairs across floors that echoed into the room, beds uncomfortable, the kids bathroom had a molded shower curtain and both bathrooms had old dirty/smelly bath mats that I had to remove from the rooms as they were so gross. We've rented from Phoenix Properties before at another property and we had 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, this unit was not up to expectations for a condo rental. I spent a lot of my vacation time cleaning the place so I could even feel "slightly" comfortable staying here for 7 days. I will never return to this unit or Phoenix V. I will use Phoenix Properties Rentals again at a different property. Very disappointing for our beach vacation stay that did not warrant the money we paid to stay. I regret making the decision to rent this Unit.The property was under construction as well which made things tricky. The elevators are slow and if one person pushes the button while a door is closing, it reopens it and everyone gets angry. I've never seen it operate this way. It takes forever to go from the 8th floor to B. Someone parked in our reserved spot when we checked in. Security did try to handle it, but they were not towed as their policy states. They just waited for the person to move it hours later. Another issue especially since we had to pay for parking.
