Good but room for improvement

We stayed four nights in February with our three children ranging in ages 4-12 years old. Check in process was easily and the property manager was very kind and responsive. The heated pool was a big draw for our family, and the pool is a nice size, but the heater was not working and it was a bit too cold for enjoyable swimming. The property manager had the repairman in to fix it, but the issue was not rectified in time for us to enjoy. The owner was agreeable when we asked for a partial refund. Other than that, the dishwasher and toaster broke while we were there. Maybe just our bad luck?. The property manager promptly delivered a new toaster but the last thing I wanted to do on vacation was wash dishes! Overall, the kitchen could use a few more supplies I think once they work out the kinks, this rental can serve as a nice home base for enjoying what Miami has to offer.
