House includes driveway and covered parking for your vehicles and boat (clearance below house is 11’ 9”). No parking on neighborhood streets.

Boats 24’ and under can be backed into driveway.

Pool is open and boat wash available!

Enjoy patio and breezeway seating along with a gas grill for cooking and entertaining.

5 min to Rockport beach and Arts district. 15 min to ferry to Port Aransas. Located near numerous public boat ramps to access Aransas Bay, Redfish Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

This home is elevated. You must be able to safely traverse approximately 22 stairs.

When arriving at night, motion lights for stairs and lighting for breezeway and porch can be turned on from switches on pole at base of stairs.

Exterior of home is monitored by security cameras for your safety and that of your property. The owner is not responsible for the security of your property or vehicles.

Downstairs garage and two closets inside are private owners facilities and are not to be accessed by guests.

Front door and alarm code as well as Wi-Fi access provided day of check-in.

Palm trees at driveway have spines on inner portion of fronds. Do not play on or in palm tree planters.

Do not allow children to climb or play on privacy fencing downstairs. Do not sit on or climb on stair or porch railing.

No loud or large parties. Minimum renter age of 25. Renter must be present for entire rental period.
