About this property

A beautiful, bright and spacious apartment on 2nd floor in an apartment building. Located in a family friendly street /neighbourhood in the capital city area. We have 2 bedrooms, master bedroom has Queen size bed ( 160x200 cm ) and also TV + Apple TV, second bedroom has bunk bed that has double bed below and single bed in the upper floor. We have big open space with kitchen and living room, our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, the living area has sofa and Smart TV, large dining table with 6 chairs. Inside the bathroom we have washing machine and dryer.

We have balcony where you can sit outside and drink the morning coffee and enjoy the view and catch the northern lights if you are lucky.

The apartment is very well located, restaurants and Smáralind Shopping Mall is in walking distance and Reykjavik downtown is just a 12 min / 7km drive away. There is a children playground in the area.

It's a very nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood.

We have a baby crib and high hair available to use for your children.

Linen, towels, soaps and such are included.

We manage over 85 properties in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and a few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term rent.
