About this property

RELAX and enjoy your stay in the small community of "Hurricane Haven" just three miles from Holden Beach. This private neighborhood has a pool, tennis/basketball court, and dock located on the Intracoastal Waterway all within walking distance. There are three bedrooms with Queen beds and two full bathrooms. Sheets and Towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Enjoy the covered front porch as well as the Screened in Porch. Guests can use the neighborhood amenities as long as the rules are observed. HOA Board members can ask guests to leave the community areas if there is a problem. There will be times when owners will be staying in the building behind the house. There is a fence that separates the house and the building and there is a separate driveway. Exterior Security Cameras are Video only. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. A Propane Grill is available but the gas tank is not provided by the owners. There are wrist bands which must be worn when visiting the community amenities. **Guests will be charged $20 each for missing Bands** Holden Beach requires guests to pay to park from 9 am to 5 pm daily. Each space is marked with a sign and there is an app to download to pay hourly, daily, or weekly. Sand Toys and Boogie Boards are available for Guests to use.

We live in the Triad region of North Carolina and visit the coast as often as we can. If our house is rented and unavailable to us, we can often be found staying in the building on the back side of the property with our three dogs.

Why they chose this property

The "Hurricane Haven" community is a great place to hang out when you are not on the beach! There is a pool, tennis court, basketball court, and a pier that is located on the Intracoastal Waterway. All of this is within walking distance from the house.

What makes this property unique

There are three bedrooms with Queen beds and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Enjoy the covered front porch as well as the Screened in Porch.

Guests will have access to the whole house. Guests can use the neighborhood amenities as long as the rules are observed. HOA Board members can ask guests to leave the community areas if there is a problem. Owners may be staying in the area and several of the neighbors are in constant contact with the Owners.
