Great location!

Amazing homes and everything you need during your stay. There's a good bit of stairs but not uncommon for the area. Love the movie area!!

Convenient & Safe

Perfect location, made it easy to get downtown. Plenty of room for everyone, only four in our party, but would be great for larger families. Felt very safe here and the secured parking was awesome. The rooftop deck is a huge plus.

Just Right! :-)

This home was a great choice for my group of 8. It was clean, roomy, bright, and the location to our event was perfect. The home owner was very attentive and responsive. That was very nice to see that he cared enough about us to make sure we were great at every turn. I would absolutely recommend this home for everyone that would like a nice place to stay in the downtown Philadelphia area. We will definitely stay here again in the future if this property is indeed available.
