Cute NE Portland house near the Albina bus routes and just north of the bustling cafes and shops on Mississippi Ave! This home offers hardwood floors, a large master bedroom, and a recently remodeled bathroom. Bedroom has a window AC unit and lots of natural light. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and bedroom also have plenty of extra linens and other basics. All-in-one laundry machine on premises. As upstairs tenant you will not have access to basement. Basement has separate entrance, living space, and tenant.

Hello! My name's John, I'm a PNW native that grew up in Seattle and moved to Portland for college. I work as an actuary, but my real passion is sailing and wilderness guiding. I work as a guide in the summers taking young adults out of their comfort zone on multi-week sailing excursions through Outward Bound. This house caught my attention with its expansive living spaces and large windows. Walking around on the creaky hardwood floors also makes me feel at-home in this old Portland classic. I have owned this home since 2020 and hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
