About this property

This 3 bedroom, 4 level, luxury Columbia Townhome features unobstructed stunning views of both the Rocky and Purcell Mountains, open concept living room and bonus recreational room on the first level including a pool table. The second level is home to 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and 2 full bathrooms, both with tubs and showers and also laundry facilities; a washer and a dryer.

The main level, the third level, which can be accessed from the back side of the building, offers a full kitchen, bar top and 4 stools, living room with gas fireplace, theater system, half bathroom between the third and fourth level, west facing private deck with a table and 6 chairs and BBQ, a dining room table with 8 chairs and a second east facing deck with seating below the Fairmont Rocky Mountain Range.

The Master bedroom with a king bed, TV and walk out deck with seating and views of the Fairmont Rocky Mountain Range can be found on the top fourth level.

Great family get away with young adults.

Loved our stay and holiday. The condo was perfect for providing space for all family members but also had the size to accommodate all of us together for meals and evening hang outs. Loved the multiple decks depending on the time of day and awesome pool table room. We had a cool encounter with the resident hummingbird and multiple viewings of mama deer and babies walking up the path along the creek. The warm creek was a pleasant surprise and added a nice background sound for our nightly deck hangout. The view from up top was of the whole valley! Would recommend to friends but would come stay again soon.
