This charming 2 story West End Getaway provides everything you'll need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the City of Trees. As an ideal alternative to a hotel room, this lovely getaway features a fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to let the dogs and kids run around and an abundance of space for entertaining or relaxing. The home features two master bedrooms with private bathrooms - one on the main level and one on the below-grade level. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living area make the perfect home-away-from-home. Besides its ideal layout, the West End Getaway is only minutes from Boise's expansive foothills trails, Whitewater Park, the Greenbelt, and everything Downtown Boise has to offer - culture, restaurants, shopping, and more! For adventure seekers, it's only a short 40-minute drive from Bogus Basin for skiing, snowshoeing and tubing, plus the area's only mountain coaster and mountain biking for summer fun.

As you enter the home on this tree-lined street, you'll find yourself in a cozy and charming living room with a comfortable couch and a large flat-screen Roku TV to keep you entertained with free television programming or connect you to your favorite streaming subscriptions.

Just off the living room, the light and airy main floor master features a queen-sized bed, plenty of storage, and a private bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

You'll find a well-stocked kitchen just beyond the living area, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, an oven with a four-burner range, plus all the plates, bowls, cups, glasses, flatware, pots, and pans you'll need.

The small sunroom that sits just past the kitchen makes the perfect breakfast nook and looks out over the expansive and playful backyard area.

Off the sunroom, descending stairs lead you to the open area with washer and dryer, as well as the two remaining bedrooms - one featuring a twin-sized bed, the other, a queen-sized bed with its own private bathroom. Both basement bedrooms feature plenty of natural, sunny light.

As with every Habitue Home, at the West End Getaway, we offer fast and dependable wifi service.

A note on pets: One to two well-behaved dogs are allowed, but please let us know when you are making your reservation. (Please ask as we may be able to accommodate if you have more than 2.) Our dog fee is $42 per dog for the entire stay.

HOUSE RULES
*Except 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet at the top of each stay, we do not supply consumable products (TP, paper towels, soaps, etc.).
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 6 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 6 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check-out and early check-in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check-out really affects our cleaner's schedules. If you do not arrange a late check-out in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not check-out by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*1-2 well behaved dogs are allowed. There is a pet servicing fee of $45/pet. This is a one time charge that will be requested via the Airbnb resolution center after you have booked. Please remove any dog droppings and dog hair before checking out. If pet hair or waste causes additional cleaning expense the expense will be billed to you. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc.) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
