The first floor of this comfortable home starts with the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for a home-cooked meal, both a slow drip and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area has a table for 6 with additional seating of 3 at the large kitchen island. Finally, the living room has a relaxing 3-seater sofa with 2 additional chairs and a large screen TV for movie night. A beautiful paver patio with grill, table and access to ample yard space for owner provided yard games (corn hole, mini golf, paddle ball) is accessible from the living room. The 1st bedroom is the primary suite with a king-size bed, and TV. The primary bathroom has a large shower, water closet, and 2 vanity sinks. The 1st floor also comes with a powder room and laundry room off of the kitchen.

The second floor has a comfortable loft area that comes with a futon, chair, and desk. The loft space also comes with a large flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom comes with a queen bed and it has a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and also has its own hallway bathroom with a shower/tub. Guests can relax outside with a large and comfortable paver patio and new hammock!

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Shuttle Service through Millville by the Sea for 2023 runs Thursday through Monday from 10 am to 10 pm starting June 7th. Shuttle will begin at 10 am at the Lifestyle Center Clubhouse and run through 10 stops. There are 2 stops close to this property that renters can use. The property will have information regarding the live tracking of the shuttle. Please note, there is no service between 3 pm and 4 pm.

Millville by the Sea community has a wide variety of excellent amenities for guests to use. Guests will have access to the clubhouse, fitness center, community pool, kiddie pool, pickleball courts, beach shuttle and more, all for a low price for your stay. A small $150 resort fee is applied and an application must be filled out by the guest in order to use the amenities. Guest will be given no more than 8 wristbands and 2 access fobs at check in. Wristbands and fobs must be returned to our office at check out. All wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 5 to access the amenities. There is a replacement fee for lost wristbands and fobs.
