Built in 1893, come stay in a one-of-a-kind historic apartment in the Stadium District. Named after the original owners, the Anderson-Osgood home is a 3-bedroom daylight basement unit. Over 1,300 square feet, the current set up has 2-bedrooms with an office (3rd bedroom offers a sleeper sofa). There is free parking, 1 block to the bus line, 3 blocks to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. A separate private entrance opens up to a garden and a view of Commencement Bay.

Perfect location. A nice apartment in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Cute shops and restaurants a few blocks away. 3 adults and a teenager had plenty of room. Easy public transportation to the Tacoma Dome. Hosts were quick to respond to questions. I would love to stay here again.

Lovely private and quiet area

What a wonderful location. We enjoyed our stay. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Host was outstanding with responding to anything. If you visit the Tacoma area we highly recommend this property.
