Single Cottage, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, (Sleeps 4 comfortably) Short term or medium-term rental.
This beautifully updated, one level home with vaulted ceilings, and a wall of windows to view the beautiful trees that surround this adorable cottage. It lies near the West Gate (Front of Village) in the resort community of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. It features spacious and comfortable accommodations for up to four people in a 1040 square foot, split floor plan, with two bedrooms one bath. Free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, and deck with gas grill over looking beautiful oak and pine trees. We live right next door so if you need anything we are right there.

Home away from home

We were highly impressed with this little home away from home in the woods! My husband, myself and our 2 boys came to get away from it all and do a little crystal mining. I’m so glad we chose this house as it was perfect in location to several things. It was quiets, clean, well stocked and we can’t wait to come back!

Third stay!!!

Kathy & Greg are very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. This is our 3rd time renting Valls Cottage and would recommend for any small group. It’s always clean, very comfortable and close to the west gate.

This was our 2nd time to stay at Valls Cottage. It’s always very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Owners are very responsive to any questions. It’s located close to the west gate and many amenities. It’s a great property for a small group.

Great stay

This is the cutest cottage! We had a great time. The views were incredible and so were the amenities. The house was so well stocked and the decor is cute and cozy. I can’t wait to go back!

HSV Autumn trip

The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. The internet was frequently a little slow for tv streaming, but not really an issue since that wasn’t a priority. Property owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We’ll keep Valls Cottage on our recommendation list!

Greg and Kathy have been married since 1994. We have 4 beautiful, fun, professional adult children, and five of the most adorable, smart, and perfect grand children. We met in Monroe, Louisiana and later moved to Arkansas. We have been in Hot Springs Village since 2006. We have long term rental properties in Camden, Arkansas and our short term rental located just next door to us in Hot Springs Village. We love the quiet natural setting and the neighbors are the best.

Why they chose this property

Our cottage is nicely decorated and has an open floor plan with natural light. We are close to Lake Desoto, the Desoto golf course, mini golf, pickleball courts, public pool, and the west gate entrance. We conveniently live next door so if you need anything we are just a text message away.

We live next door to Valls Cottage so if you need anything we are able to quickly respond. Valls Cottage is located in a quiet safe neighborhood.
The location near the West Gate is ideal for those wanting easy access and short drive time to all Village amenities.

Neighboring Hot Springs, a short 20 minute drive, offers great restaurants, live music, art galleries, events, botanical gardens, Oaklawn Casino & Racetrack, Magic Springs Theme & Water Park, and historic Central Avenue bath houses!
