Lakefront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom - Sleeps 6

2 bed/bath condo with a beautiful view overlooking a peaceful cove. We are centrally located in Osage Beach and Lazy Days is considered a premier location to stay in the Lake of the Ozarks. We are minutes from great food & activities for all seasons. Family friendly and a great place to relax.

Master room has a queen bed. 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk & futon. Living room sofa pulls out to a queen.
Two outdoor pools are available as well as a playground perfect for children.

Beautiful Location

This was our first trip to Lake of the Ozarks and this condo was in a perfect location. The area was well kept and super quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay

Our stay at Lazy Days Condo Unit was pleasant. The overall maintenance of the condominiums property was excellent. The proximity to the family pool was excellent. We appreciated the fact that our host was very responsive to our questions. Parking was right in front of the unit and the steps to the 3rd floor were easy to climb. There are a few major issues in the interior of the condo that the owner should be aware of for the comfort of future renters. Instructions should be provided for the thermostat, TV, & Parking passes. The thermostat was pre-programmed and had to be adjusted (warmer) frequently. We had to contact the owner for instructions on how to adjust. The TV was difficult to navigate. There were no network channels available. We were not notified that the parking passes were in the condo. Bathroom faucets (in both bathrooms) are broken and not functioning properly. Hot water is at a premium in the bathroom closest to the master BR. There is a rumbling noise after flushing the toilet in the hall BR. Slats were missing from the 3 sets of vertical blinds in the main living area and master bedroom. There were additional minor wear & tear issues of which we have pictures if the owner is interested.

Need more vacations

Absolutely beautiful and close to anything we wanted to do. Place was clean and quiet. Great view of the water. Super easy to find and good road to get there. Loved and would love to stay there again.
