Great Football Weekend

We loved our stay in this home for the FSU/Florida football weekend. The house was very clean, and nice, and had all the necessities for our weekend. We would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy weekend getaway.

Florida/Tennessee Weekend

The place and location were great for our needs/proximity to campus. Everything was super clean and tidy. The management company was fantastic. We left something behind and they went out of there to help us recover the item. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice 2nd floor townhome

This property is one of three newer buildings near campus. The front porch with swing is a great place to relax. Living area and bedrooms are new and well furnished. A great place for families to stay while visiting UF. Hosts were very communicative and accessible as needed. Will definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful, clean, organized, well stocked condo

Love this place. The interior looks better in person than in the photos. The modern stylish interior is beautiful and comfortable. The condo is well stocked - coffee, tea kettle, utensils, glasses and cups, all well labelled and organized. The place is extremely clean, the beds are comfortable. We had a great time and will choose this unit again next time we are in town.
