This home is close to restaurants, shopping and is less than 3 miles to the beach! Featuring a split-plan floorplan with the Master Suite on the opposite end of the home, beautiful furnishings and accents throughout the home will make you feel relaxed and energized to go swimming, boating, fishing or just sit in the brand-new hot tub/jacuzzi. Take a nap under the tiki hut or make yourself a refreshing drink at the wet bar and sit outside under the tiki while you watch boats go by. Watch the sunrise from the dock or take a sunset cruise. This home has it all and is perfectly situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will never want to leave!
