Unit B The plumbing was horrible. The master bedroom bathroom stopped up after just urinating, which was a huge inconvenience because the only available one left was downstairs. Unbelievable but then the downstairs bathroom stopped up as well, so we had no extra bathrooms. There was a total of 4 but others were in bed and sleeping. Plumber came next door after check out. It list up to 10 people and couldn’t see how that was possible, luckily it turned out to be 7.

Great property before a cruise

This well kept property was our home before and after a NCL cruise. We did not have a bad meal on Calle Ocho and it was a short walk every where we wanted to go. The property manager was very accommodating and always quick to respond to our messages.

The place was very nice but it stated it sleeps 10 but it only had 3 beds- 1 King and 2 Queens. There were couches and an air mattress but not extra pillows or blankets and both were not comfortable to sleep on.

Great location on Calle 8 - interior lacking

Overall a good stay. Somewhat expensive for the quality of amenities, but great location. Host was responsive although there were a number of inconveniences. Only one house key for everyone to share. Kitchen and bathroom amenities were very lacking (no hand soap, thin thin toilet paper, only instant coffee and a kettle in the kitchen, single clothes iron but no hand steamer), and one couch had an unpleasant odor that we all avoided. The driveway barely fits two compact cars (can't open their doors), its really a 1.5 car driveway. Also the inline water heater needed to be reset by us before working. All in all, the house was a fine stay and again, the location awesome and the host very responsive. This was just the highest price place on our list of options but the inside felt more mid-tier because of the sparse amenities (and that couch needs to be steam cleaned), so 4/5 stars.
