You'll be able to explore Alaska at its finest as you visit the nearby Chugach State Park, Arctic Valley Ski Area, Alaska Botanical Garden, and many other natural wonders. Learn more about the area and its people at the Anchorage Museum and the Alaska Native Heritage Center. And when you're ready to relax, head back to your stay, where stellar amenities await.

Inside, you'll find a comfy living room adorned with soft seating, a fireplace, and a large TV for streaming your favorite shows using your login credentials. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Dine together at the large dining table, or head out on the town and indulge in some local fare. Find all of the equipment you need to cook plus a private washer/dryer in the large pantry space.

When you're ready to dream sweetly, rest assured that the bedrooms are equipped with cozy bedding and ample sprawling space (bring your own slippers!). The natural gas fireplace is the heat source for the main areas, and box heaters with thermostats are in the bedrooms. Like most homes in the area, there is no air conditioning.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: There is a blinking doorbell outside the front entrance of every unit and inside areas where guests are not permitted, such as the owner's space or unit. There are no cameras or recording devices inside any unit rented by guests.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
