There are 2 double bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a bedside drawer, and a wardrobe closet with hangers. The second bedroom also has an overhead AC Unit, an iron and ironing board. There are windows in each bedroom for when you want to let natural air in. Plenty of outlets are available for all your charging needs. There are 2 charging outlets in the first bedroom: one near the bedside and one on the wall near the window opposite the bed. There are 3 charging outlets in the second bedroom: one near the bedside, one at the foot of the bed, and one on the opposite wall.

The bathroom has a lovely overhead walk in shower. There is a mirror above the sink, adequate counter space, and storage space for toiletries on the wall as well as below the sink.

𝙆𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙣
The stunning marble top full sized kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need. This is the perfect kitchen for someone who intends to cook and prepare meals during their stay. There is a full sized fridge with freezer, gas stove, microwave, and drip coffee maker. All cutlery, wine glasses, mugs, plates, pots, pans, & tupperware etc.. are provided. Perfect for longer stays!

The living room is bright and cozy with plenty sitting area. There are 2 loveseats, as well as one larger loveseat for 2 people with a sidetable. The dining area has a long modern table with 4 bar stools that can also double as a comfortable workspace (or a lovely area to sit and have a cold one from out the fridge, when you're not lounging outside of course. ☀) There is also a 32 inch smart tv, with Netflix included.

𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚/ 𝘽𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙮𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝘼𝙧𝙚𝙖
We have a super large fenced in backyard, with plenty of property space in the front courtyard as well; so kids have plenty of space to run around while you lounge on the patio. Right outside your front door, you have your patio with chairs and a latch entrance. Across the yard from your unit there is a large gazebo with seating for 5; a perfect place to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal if you want to be outdoors. In the front courtyard of the villa is the spa jacuzzi (fits up to 6 people) which we are happy to turn on for you for your relaxation & enjoyment when needed. The jacuzzi has a seated bar/bench area where you can lay your drinks and snacks, as well as cupholders in the corner pockets of the jacuzzi for your glasses. There is also a patio area to the left of the jacuzzi to sit and relax in.

Our home is situated directly across from Sandals Cap Estate Golf & Country Club Golf Course. This 18-hole, par 71 course features 6,744 yards of sprawling green slopes, dotted with attractive ponds and lush foliage. You will often find many taking a stroll or a jog along these lush grounds in the morning & afternoon, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it as well. You can even walk along the course until you reach the Sandals Clubhouse (about a 15-20 min walk); a lovely restaurant with golf course views, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and bar drinks. There are many beaches within walking distance of the property including the tucked away Cap Maison Beach (Smuggler's Cove), & Pigeon Island Beach. We are also only a 15 min drive away from the famous Street Party held every Friday night in Gros Islet. I could go on, but I'll tell you when you get here! :-𝗗
